This policy explains what information laceibahn.com (“La Ceiba HN”, “we”) collects, how we use it and what choices you have. It applies to this website in Spanish and English.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- “Add your business” form: your business details (name, category, description, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, address, hours and map link) and your contact name and phone number.
- Comments: if you comment on the blog, your name, email and comment.
The business details you submit are published in the directory once we approve the listing. Your contact name and phone number are not published; we only use them to talk to you about the listing.
Information collected automatically
- Visitor statistics: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) and Jetpack Stats to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. These services use cookies and data such as your IP address, browser and device.
- Security: our hosting provider and the site’s security services log IP addresses to prevent attacks and spam.
- Language: we store a cookie with the language you chose (Spanish or English).
Advertising
This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
